Erin is the best. She passes the mother in law test, i.e. would I recommend my mother in law use her at the expense of my reputation. We wanted a house that would allow for sweat equity, which in this market is hard to find as most are priced as if the work is already done and sell in hours. I don't know how many toads we had to kiss before we found our prince but our final house came on the market on a Tuesday, we viewed it on Wednesday at 6 am, and Erin had sent our offer by lunch. She recommended an inspector who was unreal thorough so we knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into and closing was easy. I would highly recommend Erin to everyone!
